Store #0955 Complaint - Gift Fuel Card - Gift Gas Fuel

To whom it may concern:
I purchase on the 12/26/2009, 3 Gift Fuel Card and 1 Gift Card from Wal-Mart Store #0955, at the City of Apopka, Fl, 32703. Believing that Apopka Store, was selling Gas Fuel. At the end of the day to delivery the Gift Fuel Card to my relatives. They request me where they could purchase the Fuel at Apopka Wal-Mart. And I call the 12/27/2009 and spoke with a Floor Supervisor Mr. James. And he explains me the Apopka Wal-Mart do not sale Gas Fuel. And I told him, “Why the Store selling this Gift Fuel Card to the People”. His statement was they have stores far away from the City of Apopka that do have Gas Fuel for sale. My only reason to buy the Gift Fuel Card, was for the relatives can get the Fuel at the Apopka Wal-Mart. "Not to drive 40 miles to get Fuel". Mr. James apologizes about that. But, when he told me to bring the Gift Fuel Card, back to get a Gift Card Regular. Mr. James and the Assistant Store Manager Mrs. Marisol, (Spanish Lady) made wait at 1 hr. or more. To make that correction of the Gift Card, exchange. And I did request a compensation for the time that I wait to get the correction done. [NO WAS A LINE, I WAS THE ONLY IN THE LINE.] And I believe they should take care the waiting time and compensate me with a reward. Mrs. Marisol, state "That do not apply not compensation at all for the mex". What are your comments? Does I should be compensate for the waiting time?
