Southwest Airlines Complaint - Stollen from my luggage
I put my wallet in my check bag and forgot to place it in my carry on. I had it in my check bag and I checked my bag at the front desk. We had a good flight, on flight 3111 from Denver to Albuquerque, but when I got home to unpack, my wallet had be stolen. I called southwest airlines many times and the transferred me to Southwest Airlines Central Baggage Services. I spoke to a woman, don't remember her name, who was very rude. She told me that the airline doesn't cover wallets. She talked in a way that put the blame on me and that I was stupid for reporting my lost wallet. She said that I couldn't prove that it was them who stole the wallet. That it could have been misplaced, and that TCA went through my bag. There was no slip from TCA stating that the checked my bag. I have loved to fly all my life but unless I have to. Not only did I lose out on 100 dollars cash, I had to cancel all of my cards, change my account, but I have this feeling of being violated.
