Taco Bell Complaint - Horrible and disrespectful service
BALTIMORE, MD, MARYLAND -- It was New Years day around 2 am and I was at the drive thru placing an order on Lock Raven Blvd. I started my order by wishing them a Happy New Years. He just ignored me and told me to begin my order. I ignored that and I started to begin to place my order. I had finished my order and he asked me to repeat myself several times. At this moment I begin to hear laughing and joking in the back round and I knew this was the reason he could not hear my order. So I asked him, "was he going to joke around or tend to his customers?" He told me yes and to place my order AGAIN!!! I got angry and told him that I didn't want anything and just to forget about it. When I arrived at the window to ask for a supervisor the employees inform me that the supervisor was the individual taking the order. This is what made the entire situation even worse! Who is the leader in this restaurant? If the supervisor is allowing this to go on then how will they get any success and go further? I will never return to this Taco Bell again. This particular restaurant is a complete sorry excuse for even existing!
