Radio Shack Informative - Ok Calm down everyone.
I have read a few reviews here and I think that all of you need to take a chill pill. I work at Radio Shack and well honestly it is true the big wigs don't care about their employees but the managers in the store at least most of them do care. My boss wants his bonus every quarter and he is very nice about thanking people when they help him make it. Now that might sound odd to think that is a caring manager but it is because he also knows that if he is getting his bonus it means more money for us who are only paid minimum wage plus commission.
Now about the comment that I read about parts well quite frankly we are on our way out of the parts business. Have you been to a radio shack recently and looked at what we carry? I mean really. Cell Phones, TVs, Computers, and other things. Parts are not a lot of our business anymore.
All of you employees that think that customer service is not required should retake all of your training modules. Radio Shack prides itself on customer service. some employees are better then others but we all need to strive to do our best.
And by the way Sprint is a fine company to sign up with but remember that most of its customer service is not in the US. Personally I have AT&T and I like it a lot. I know a lot of people who have Sprint and love it.
If a defective part is sent from the warehouse chances are they didn't know that it was defective.
