Best Buy Complaint - Cashier does not know how to type
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- An Asian cashier named Ashley tonight at 9:00pm checked me out but gave me hell because she keeps telling me I don't have a premier account. I keep giving her the phone no. and she already took my driver's license she still could not find me. Until I already showed my cell phone to give her the number because I just know she is mistyping. This lady needs a typing lesson because she keeps keying the wrong number and telling me I don't exist. Line is getting longer and she still refused to further search me in their system. After trying so many times to input my phone no. when I showed it via my cell phone, she finally said, "ok I got you in now". With no apologies or anything to explain why she took a long time to figure it out. This employee is either overpaid because she is earning money she does not deserve or underpaid that's why she doesn't care. I end up not getting any discount anyway since I left my coupon at home.
