Maroone Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale Complaint - Poor Customer Service would be better than NO Customer Service

FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- This dealership is completely void of management or a customer service department to assist in sales issues or respond to after purchase issues.

Purchased a car one week ago--took 3.5 hours to purchase paying CASH!!!! No one there to process the sale.

Only received only one set of keys. Called 3 days in a row to find out how to get another.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone to the switchboard operator who transferred me to EIGHT people NONE of whom actually answered their phone.

Left my name & number NO ONE has called me back.

Called the parts department ---got voice mail
Called the service Department ---- got voice mail

I know we are in a recession but did they lay off EVERY
ONE at this dealership? Maroone is part of Auto Nation -- big corp. I say stick to the private dealers stay away from MAROONE!
