Inskip Lexus Complaint - Terrible Customer Service-

WARWICK, RHODE ISLAND -- In August 2009 I purchased my lease at Inskip. I went into dealership paperwork completed and checks written and cashed. ( My lease ended in Sept). 6 weeks past and I made several calls requesting my new registration and title to forward to credit union to secure loan. Each time I was told it was in the process. Finally Nov 1, I began to raise my voice and complained to the national office. This got the ball rolling with apologies from the manager. The day before Thanksgiving I received my new registration card, but no tags. My main concern was obtaining the title or the credit union would skyrocket my interest rate. The dealership tried to say the delay was my fault since I did not provide them with needed insurance info.( I have leased from them for 3 years already) What a farce!!As of today I have not received the title neither has the credit union as the lien holder and my new rate went from 3% to 10% thanks to Inskip in Warwick RI. My payment has increased by almost 100.00 month. Almost 4 mos. to register 5 1/2 mos later and I am still making calls and no title in sight. All this from a high end dealership? In all this turmoil not once did they offer me at least a cup of coffee for all my stress and costs. This is the worst service of all time.
