Dish Network Complaint - Company needs to have a class-actions for misrepresentation
WASHINGTON -- Without going into a whole lot of details, I recommend you read other dissatisfied customers comments about DISH NETWORK. I have had DISH NETWORK for approximately one month. It will cost me a penalty of $345 to cancel. I was "SOLD" by the sales rep, (someone I trusted and know) that DISH NETWORK was the best thing happening since apple pie. It wasn't until the DISH was installed and I made several calls to their awful customer service department to find the claims were quite short of that I was sold. I strongly recommend that if you are currently a cable TV customer, DON'T switch to any dish. All companies have minor glitches but real headaches come with having to pay hundreds of dollars to cancel something that wasn't honestly represented on day one.
