Walgreens Informative - BEWARE of WALGREENS
BEWARE of Walgreens - Corporate NIGHTMARE! My wife has sleep apnea. We had to rent the equip. from Walgreens. Walgreens billed WAY PAST the purchase price. We called numerous times and advised the insurance company. The insurance finally got it straight with Walgreens. THEN the machine failed and had to be replaced again. My wife’s doctor only uses Walgreens for the equipment. We requested any other provider than Walgreens since we had such problems with them the year in a half prior. The doctor could not do that. Walgreens had to be the provider. So the identical thing happens ONLY THIS TIME Walgreens is restructuring. We call and call and they claim they will correct the billing error, only they DO NOT! My insurance has written them, Walgreens keeps billing. I feel part of the problem and why it is worse this time is Walgreens is restructuring and who you talk to one time a person that will take care of the problem then that employee no longer is in that department when the situation reappears. Walgreens is clueless with what they are doing and now they are going to outsource to India and the Philippines for a majority of accounting functions! KEEP AMERICANS WORKING!! We will find a new doctor before EVER PATRONIZING Walgreens ever again! We will be advising the doctor as well of Walgreen's Gross Inadequacies. I prefer to keep Americans working! Walgreen’s is a TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT!
