AT&T Complaint - ATT&T UVERSE SUX!

CRYSTAL LAKE, ILLINOIS -- This sevice is THE WORST I have ever experienced! I Have NO phone service almost every other day!!!Yet I get billed, (DESPITE MY FREQUENT CALLS 2THEM ABOUT INTERUPTED SERVICE),as if I had FULL SERVICE! I will say, when I call. they are helpful and very polite.... yet.... my land line service still doesn't work! But I get a bill? When I call they tell me they have no account w/that #... yet, I get a bill. They assure me I am a 'premium customer'...but as of yet.. I have no phone! and yes, I GET A BILL! Their 24hr customer service is a big fat lie! unless of course I've called so often I am now 'Black Listed' from their call log!! which may very well be true! I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND AT&T U-VERSE to anyone! If I did they would hunt me down!!!!!! THIS SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!
