Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Complaint - Crappy support and service
I had purchased a Samsung home theater system and the center speaker stopped working. I sent it to Samsung to get fixed and they told me it would be about 30 days, well it's been 2 months and I ahven't heard back from them. I ahve called them about 10 times and they tell me someone will get back to me via by phone or email and not a word from them.
I use to brag about Samsung as I have 2 big screen TV's and several other devices by Samsung but this is the last time I will ever buy Samsung due to crappy support and service they provide. This was bought at The Brick which fell into manufacturers warranty bcoz it wasn't quite 1 year yet so I went thru their support system. To this day, I still have not gotten a call back from them so I think I will just buy a bose or Sony center speaker to go with their home theater.
I'm really pissedd off at Samsung for the crappy service. I just want everyone to know that this is what they are doing so please think twice next time you are buying their product. Perhaps someone at Samsung will read this and do something about their support system.
Thats all I have to vent for now !
