Elite Extreme Complaint - Elite Extreme customer service

On November 18/09 I ordered two items online from Elite Extreme expecting to have items arrive in time for xmas. One item arrived a few days later, with the other marked as "backordered". Nothing had arrived by Dec. 22, so I emailed their customer service department. No response. I continued to email on a weekly basis with never a response. I called them on January 8(they don't have a toll-free number) and after being on hold while the representative checked my order, I was told that the order would ship that day. Sounded to me like if I hadn't called, they would never have shipped at all. When I asked about the lack of response to my emails I was told that their "email guy" had been sick. I asked if he'd been sick for 5 weeks, and was told he'd only been out this week. Now I'm waiting for the item again.
