HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Don't ever order from this company. Their return policy is completely unreasonable and they are unwilling to make any concessions. They have a 20% restocking fee. Usually such a fee is reserved for special order items or if the company paid free shipping to send the order. Even if you paid for shipping both ways (including the return) they assess a restocking fee. In my case they refused to waive it even though I called and spoke with them over the phone before placing the order they never mentioned the fee. On my order the restocking fee only amounted to $4.00. Amazingly they would not waive it.

It really goes to show how customer friendly they are not. You can really find out what a companies like by how they treat their customers on such simple issues. I would hate to find out what its like to deal with them if you have a more serious issue. You can find many companies who will even pay return shipping (regardless of the reason you want to return).

I told them I would be posting a review on my3cents, they didn't care. Their response was make sure I put in the post that "I can't read". Unreal.

I don't recall you mentioning what appliance or brand you needed replacement parts for, but do go directly to the appliance website. You'd be amazed at the prices. Once you know your model and part number check out direct with the manufacturer. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy locally but many times far less expensive to buy direct.

I agree with Nohandle,you can get cheaper prices on parts through the manufacturer.It will take longer,but you will save cash..

As far as the restocking fee,that's standard practice..usually no returns on electronic parts

wish I had seen your post before they got me too --- added my experience on this site - never done this before - because never felt so blatantly deceived before especially after talking to mike teague (owner?)--
