Smartsbargains.com Complaint - What happenned to my refund

I returned 4 window treatments for about 100.00. They claimed they never received them. Customer service told me to call your local post office, which I did. The package was not lost. I filled a complant with the BBB and contacted MasterCard. It was a horrable experience with rude and nasty customer service reps. The situation was finally resolved after many weeks on the phone with arguments. Needless to say, I will never do any business with SmartBargains.com again.
