Mexicana Informative - Delayed luggage & stolen items
My husband and I flew with Mexicana on 12-23-09 on flight 183 to guadalajara each of us with our own luggage. we arrived to our destination only to find out that our luggages did not arrive with us. we were only going on this vacation for 5 days and did not recover the luggages until the 3rd. day we were over there. every single day that passed we would call Mexicana but nobody was able to solve our problem. These persons were only a few that we spoke to that could not do nothing for us lucy leon, gustavo navarro, gabriela potenciana, and samuel ortiz. finally the person that took our luggages to the hotel were staying at was asking for money when he wasn't suppose to be asking for anyhting. Think twice before flying with this company because for sure somethings gonna wrong. DON'T LET YOUR VACATION TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE!!!

Every airline you fly with no matter where you fly has the potential for lost luggage.
