FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.



As a resolution, I would like the following:

Five years ago I dropped this company, three years ago , I moved and changed my phone number. I have never again had this company for any purpose. To this day they still send my Bills and statements for the old phone number:281-486-1012 , to my New address. I have not figured this one out yet. I have written them, e-mailed them, called them, with No avail. It never changes, and many times even getting credit , they want to know why some where in records I still show up with this old phone number. This company even e-mailed me back stating they would credit my account for an in accurate billing, and then sent me a statement for this phone number two weeks later.Still showing me as a customer. I am getting real tired of these fools. If they are doing this to some one who isn't a customer and Hasn't been a customer for over five years, can you imagine what they may be doing to Real customers?
