Verizonwireless Complaint - Early Termination - wireless service
My issue is, the service was very bad. I had signal faded out. voice mails later in the day because the service did nit pick it. When I hit a hot spot it would come up that I had voice mail, later than when it was sent. I could be talking and the signal would just fade out. I called Verizon, they gave me some instruction on correcting the problem, which did not help. I became really very frustrated with the matter. So I went to ATT. I did not have my account number, so while in the Att I explain to the man on the phone why I was leaving the service. There was no network keeping my service going. I think as good customer service they should have waived at least one of the fees. Also I spoke with a manager, who said they had no record of my calling and complaining about the service. then they send out their grues to get their early money. What a lousy service.
