Wells Fargo & Company Complaint - Wells Fargo Mortgage
I can not express enough the incompetence and utter lack of customer service I have received from wells fargo mortgage. I have been working with them for a year now trying to get my loan modified to a lower interest rate after the loss of a job. Luckily I have found employment but at a lower income. All I asked wells fargo to do was lower my interest to the going rate..........as I stated before, I have been at this for a full year now of contstant calls every week to state, " your file is still in review". Now let me clarify, I have NEVER been late with my payments and only wish to lower the burden by lowering my monthly payment and interest rate. After finally a year, they have now sent me a letter stating they will give a forbearance for 3 months (meaning they will allow me to skip my mortgage payments for 3 months), if I pay them over 4 thousand dollars....again I state I am not late in ANY of my payments but they want me to pay 4 months of payments so I can skip 3 months of payments, not to mention, they will only dock my credit a 100 points for missing these 3 payments.........now you do the math.......I pay them 4 months of payments AHEAD OF SCHEDUAL and they will allow me to miss 3 months of payments........at this point I have no idea who to go to with these obviously unethical practices and I'm stuck with this bank, I am so completely and overwhelmingly sickened....PLEASE PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DO NOT BANK AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT MORGAGE WITH WELLS FARGO!!!!!!!!! just imagine, us tax payers bailed out this bank!!!
