DirecTV Inc Complaint - False Information given by Direct TV
My contract was up and my Direct TV got disconnected (which I was so waiting for this contract to be over). I owed then a bill plus the return of the receivers. I only owed them 1 month of service because when it was disconnected I went back to old faithful.(Shentel Cable)What a mistake getting Direct TV, I called to make arrangements with the representative to pay off the bill the end of Janauary because of one income household. Husband laid off..She said that would be find then the boxes would get mailed to return receivers.
WELL that didn't happen. I received e-mail of the boxes being shipped 01/05/2010 giving 10 days to return. They debited my account for the bill of 134.00 then 2 days later they debited again 202.14 for the receivers. It has not been 10 days yet which caused my account to overdraw which is 70.00 I'm losing.. I called because they took the 202.14 out of my account before the 10 days was up....I was truly pisted will not recommend to anyone.. They are definitely liars!!!!!!!
