Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Ridiculous customer service
I have been trying to solve the computer with Dell technical support for a month. First, I understood hardly anything of what those people are saying. I called them four times, they did the troubleshooting of the hardware, computer crashed during this time and the technician recorded that it passed the test (I found out his when I called the next time). During this month my warranty expired and now they won't talk to me unless I give them my credit card number. I tried to speak to a supervisor (he called himself Madhu Reddy - but nobody knows who he is and I suspect they just transfer you to another technician), so he called me to speak to someone in customer service department and gave me the same number, which turned out to be the same number I was already calling and the only customer service people there are the ones who deal with orders (they do like taking your money). You think Mr. Reddy didn't know that, but he lied because he just wanted me to go away. SO what do I do know? Troubleshooting with people who I don't understand is just ridiculous. We've had Dell for 20 years, but I will never ever get another one. Dell doesn't care about their customers, and there is no place to complain about the technical people, you just get redirected back to them. How do you like that? RIDICULOUS.
I am going to complain to the Attorney Generals office and will see if that helps. It did in the past. To the better business bureau. Someone has to stop Dell from ripping off their customers.
