Nike Complaint - Merchandise received was not what was expected...
I ordered a FC Barcelona 09/10 Home Men's Jersey with Personalization on 12/27/2009 from Nike's online store. Order was shipped on 01/05/2010 and arrived promptly on 01/08/2010.
Immediately opened the package and imagine to my surprise, I found the seams on the jersey stretched. I had not worn the jersey, so I was assuming it was shipped from the factory like that without any sense of quality control.
I promptly called Nike and they said I had 30 days to return it from the date of shipping at their expense for a refund. I immediately pack the jersey back up in the box it came in and dropped it back in the mail. Will have to wait and see about the refund.
I managed to order the same jersey again and I am hoping that the second time will be a charm.
When I spend over $100 on an item from Nike, I expect quality merchandise and not damaged merchandise straight from the factory.
