Sure Clip Complaint - Poor Customer Service
I ordered the product on Dec 5, 2009, I hadn't received it so on Jan 12, 2010 I called. I was told one of the items was back-ordered. Not only was it very difficult to contact them 973-439-9035 and was placed on hold after going through two operators and once I talked with a human and found out that they had such poor customer service I decided to not do business with them no matter what the product. I am very unhappy.
