Best Buy Complaint - Poor Customer Service
OWINGS MILLS, MARYLAND -- My husband purchased me a remote start for my vehicle on November 30th and made an appointment. We showed up at the appointment time to be told that they no longer carry a component that is necessary to install this so we had to make another appointment and order the component from Amazon. Two days before the second appointment I received a call from them canceling the appointment because the installation fellow had hurt his hand and he would call us back and reschedule. This was suppose to happen on 12-17. As of today, I still don't have an installation and no ones calls back. My husband stopped by the store and they are now telling us January 27th. I have read the horror stories on line this afternoon and I know we spend thousands there each year. I can't even get a call back. I have had one bad experience after another. From this day forward, I am boycotting Best Buy. If you think poor customer service can't put a company under look at Montgomery Wards.
