Maytag Corporation Complaint - Extendend Warranty

After my post, I was contacted by Maytag and satisfied with the resolution of my issue. I was quite happy to receive a call from them and feel thier customer service is excellent.
CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE -- I purchaed the Maytag Bravos MT6600T set in March of 2008 from Home Depot and paid about $1700 for both the washer and the dryer. I was looking for the largest capacity on the market for a washer. I have had no problems with the washer and like all the features. The dryer just stopped working. I called Maytag and since I did not get an extended warranty it cost me $300 to repair the dryer. The tech had to replace a fuse and the control board. The tech also told me to get and extended warranty on both the washer and dryer, if I could. He said normally he tells people to get it just on the washer, but since I have had problems with the dryer and the set is not even 2 years old, to get it on the dryer as well.
