HSN.com Complaint - You Will Be Shipped And Charged For Products You Did Not Order

PINEY FLATS, TENNESSEE -- I ordered product from HSN and it arrived and was ok. They continued to ship and bill me for products I did not order. I contacted HSN and spoke with very rude customer service people. [snip] (he would not give his last name) employee number 11920. I also left his supervisor [snip] a message with un-returned calls.

as above, you ordered something that had an auto ship component and you totally leave that out as a key element

I never had trouble with HSN--in fact, they've always been more than helpful. But it can happen, I suppose.
