EliteXtreme Complaint - Don't shop at EliteXtreme they are thieves adjusted
CASSELBERRY -- Update after waiting a month for my order they did come through with the case I had ordered and a week or two after that upon phone contact they offered me a better charger than the one I had purchased originally from them at no extra charge even though it was more expensive than one I bought from them. I also recieved my promised $5.00 discount. It made me feel better about them, but the wait was way too long. On 12/27/09 I ordered a case and charger for my cell phone for a good price (too good I guess) from EliteXtreme. Not only have they not responded to my emails or changed the status of my order when checking the link given on the receipt, but they deducted $5.00 for free shipping then added it back on to the total. I am adding this information 1/18/2010, I called last week and was told my order shipped on the 12th of January and indeed part of it showed up (the case) on the 16th of January. The enclosed receipt showed that the charger was back ordered. Based on others' comments I don't expect to see the charger ever. I am going to call them today though and request a refund for the charger and the unexplained $5 fee. I am also going to contact BBB where they have a +B rating and the disputes department of my charge card. What a waste of time and energy. I like another reviewer stated will never again order from anyone without investigating them first.
