Grant & Weber Complaint - Outrageous - Collectors

Review by evelynminnie on 2010-01-13
I opened my door to a Grant & Weber representative asking for the person who lived in my condo before me. (A brain damaged man)I stated that I knew the person and was asked to sign for a package for them. I had no was of knowing where this person had moved.

Curiosity got the best of me. Much to my surprise as I visited the court public records, Grant and Weber claimed that they had served the wife of this man, when in fact they served me.

Why would you accept anything that wasn't for you in the first place?

Grant & Weber doesn't go door to door. You were visited by a licensed process server. By accpeting the documents you enabled them to get an easy judgment.
