Apple, Inc. Compliment - I Love Apple... Products are great... But iTunes customer service needs improving
I must say I am very pleased with all of my Apple products. I have owned them for over a year now and no problems. I purchased the Apple Care plans just in case but have yet to need to use it.
The only problem I have come across is with iTunes customer service, they don't read your email instead send pre-written responses that are irrelevant to your email. So I am more cautious about what I buy from iTunes. However, all other emails I have sent to other departments have been responded to with courtesy and respect... seems to just be bad Apples in the iTunes dept.
Besides this though I could not be happier with the products themselves.
