A to Z Carpet & Upholstery Inc. Complaint - More like 60 minute men...

SPOTSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA -- I found an add in my local "value pak" and decided to give these local guys a try. They were an hour and a half late, with NO phone call.

They bustled in and as I had removed the little amount of furniture we had, they got right to it. They "supposedly cleaned 6 rooms, 2 area rugs, and 2 stairwells in one hour! They also damaged my carpeting on the stairs as they tried to re-stretch it.

As you can imagine, stains were left behind, no foam blocks were used for the one bed in the house, no protection for the walls were used and needless to say my idea of "cleaned" and theirs greatly differ.

I did not call them with my dissatisfaction. I figured that they had their chance to Win me as a long term customer and they blew it.

So people BEWARE of the A to Z Carpet Co. I am sick about the $320.00 I lost to them! I could have done better myselfwith a rental unit and a scrub brush!

Why didn't you call them to tell them they did a lousy job? Maybe they would have come out and fixed the problem.

If they couldn't or wouldn't do a good job the first time,when in their words were hoping to make us repeat customers.....where is the logic in believing that their ethics had changed in a few days?
You can tell alot about a person by the way they "do the job"
these guys were all about "talkin' the talk"

If you enjoy throwing your money away go for it. Isn't that what they call cutting off your nose to spite your face. Have them fix what they did wrong and then don't do business with them anymore.
