Music123.com Complaint - Don't buy from Music123.com
My wife placed an order with Music123.com before Christmas 2009. She was told at that time that the product was in stock and would be received before Christmas. After Christmas, she called, as we hadn't received the order. Service told my wife that the order was "backordered" and would not be available until mid January. My wife called yesterday and was told that the order was "backordered" and would not be available until April. At no time did this company send an email, a phone call, or anything to let us know. I then sent customer service an email complaining about this. I even asked that they send me a few sets of strings for the inconvenience. What I got in return was how the company did nothing wrong and that I can either keep the order or cancel it. This is not good business at all. I promise you that I will not give Music123.com another bit of business and I will tell everyone that I know to take their business elsewhere. Horrible customer service and horrible shipping.
