British Airways Complaint - British Airways have again proven that they are a joke, with a poor service and incompetent staff
I have flown with BA 8 days ago, transiting in Paris on the way to London. Transit was 4 hours, yet the airport was unable to transfer the luggage to the Paris to London flight. After chasing for 5 days, I was told that the luggage has arrived in Heathrow, and that it would reach me the same day. Of course it didn't. Not even the next day. Or the next next. Having called the BA call center on daily basis, I was assured that the luggage was with a courier, and that it would reach me at some point, they just don't know when.
They gave me a number of the courrier, but the number kept being busy. After being able to reach the courrier, I was told that they have no idea what luggage I was talking about. Calling back BA, they found out that my luggage actually wasn't at Heathrow, but actually arrived in Paris CDG airport 4 days before that, and they gave it to the local courier, even though my final destination was London (stated clearly on the suitcase and claim form), and I gave them my London address.
Now they say they have no idea when the Paris courier will bring my luggage back to Paris airport so that they can send it to London.
What a joke service, this took them 'only' 9 days to find out!!!
I don't ever recommend anyone to use BA, truly a rude, careless, and incapable airline.
