Qwest Complaint - Spotty, slow connections.
We have had nothing but random outages and chronically slow speeds since we started with Qwest (about three years). We call, and each time they make us reboot the computer, reboot the modem, check this and that, and then send someone out to check. Each time, the problem has been with the line coming into my house. They Jiggle the wires, or what ever it is they do and it works for a a few days to a few weeks and it starts all over again (reboot the computer, reboot the modem, jiggle the wires...)! Just fix the problem once and for all PLEASE!!! As soon as I can find a better provider, I'm switching.
