24 Hour Fitness Informative - Compare 24 hours fitness with Las Vegas Fitness Center
LAS VEGAS,, NEVADA -- I moved to Las Vegas from California 3 years ago. I just transferred my membership to 24 Hours fitness located in Summerlin. My initial impression was it was bigger and better as it was co owned by Andre Agassi. In Vegas it was referred to as a super fitness facility and cater more to above average income families.
In my 3 years of membership I had experienced various problems. Such as the swimming pool is always too cold when it was supposed to be heated. Locker/shower rooms were not regularly clean and offentimes running out of soap. Even the steam rooms smells like it wasn't sanitized regularly. There used to be 2 spinners by the weight room which were always being transferred to the spin room when there were spin clss. We often have to complain to put it back in the weight room. Eventually they replaced those spinners with an antique spinner. Looks like they got it from sone junkyard.
Having to deal with these stuff everyday (I work out 5 to 6 times a week) plus paying higher monthly fees I decided to inquire at the Las Vegas Fitness Club. Before I decided on transferring I spoke with one of customer relations staff to see if there are options they can offer as I still want to stay. All they can offer is a yearly one time fee which is not a better option for me but a better income for them.
I was so thankful I transferred to Las Vegas Fitness in Flamingo. It was nearer my home, it charges half of what 24 hours fitness charges, and probably has 4 times equiptments and facilities and definitely cleaner and well maintained.
My advice to everyone check and compare fitness centers first before you commit to anyone. And if you are already enrolled in one fitness center check occasionally other fitness center.
