Best Buy Complaint - Where is my dishwasher?
Ordered a dishwasher by phone and online - delivery and installation charges seemed out-of-touch expensive but ordered it anyway. Delivery scheduled for Dec. 31, 2009. Got an email the day before saying delivery is rescheduled for Jan. 6, 2010. No reason given, and it's a good thing we'll still be at that house for another week!Jan. 6 comes, no call beforehand so I have no clue when. I call Best Buy around seven times that day asking "where is my dishwasher"? By 6:30 pm, the customer service representative is still telling me the dishwasher is coming and the del. 'guys' will call me immediately. I make sure she has my correct phone number this time, as the phone person incorrectly typed in my cell phone number. No call, no delivery. Called Best Buy the next morning and cancelled the order.
Another step - I had to call the installers (separate number, separate charge) to cancel them and got a message machine. So who knows if they got the message?????
