Bookinhotels Complaint - Refund

I hade booked reservation on book in hotels in Maj,2009 and hade fullpaid(447,01USD). Then I cancelled it ontime (July 10 2009). I have been waiting for refund and send e-mail several times without response until now (it's been 6 months ago. Is it company real?
