Ikobo Complaint - The worst service ever

M2 FINANCIAL, 2301 MAITLAND CENTER PARKWAY, FLORIDA -- Working with Ikobo has been the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. Their phone numbers are non-functional, their instructions are inaccurate, and their online customer service is beyond terrible. I have been trying to activate their service for over a month, and had NOTHING but bad experiences.

I agree. It's been a total nightmare. My card expired Feb-11 and the website says:
"We automatically ship you a new card! If you have not received your new iKobo card, please contact our Customer Care Center or call toll free at 1-866-800-4562 (US only) or 1-214-446-3820 (US or International) immediately."

When I did this, I was told they STILL do not have the new cards in and they could not help me. Nearly six months after the card expired.

Never use this "service"!!!
