Slumberland Inc Informative - Baltimore Collection not worthy - Baltimore Collection
MADISON, WISCONSIN -- In Jan of '09 we purchased the sofa, chair and ottoman.
Within months we heard a lot of creeking. By the summer we realized the sofas' support had cracked in half. We flipped it over to inspect underneath. It revealed the poorest made product we had ever seen. The frame and 3 support pieces were made of particle board and broke in half. The springs were apart also. The thinnest wood was used as the back support.
Upon contacting Slumberland online, we were told it would cost $35 to have someone come out and see. I told them that I had spent $2500 on junk and wasn't giving them another dime. The $35 was not refundable.
We had our father fix it instead. Now the ottoman is broke and the chair isn't sounding good either.
This is the worst purchase we ever made.
