Sprint Nextel Complaint - Bad Customer Service and Misrepresentations
It's deja vu, after reading some of the reviews I can relate now in 2009 going to the present I'm experiencing problem after problem with my Sprint service. I have had excessive dropped phone calls, a battery that will not stay charged and more than 300 phone calls to customer service to report it. Each call has been answered by a different representative It has caused such anguish that my family hates it when they know I'm going to be talking to Sprint's customer service. Each representative says they understand my frustration and they send me to Escalations but the problems still go unresolved. I've been told I may be able to avoid paying the $200 disconnect fee only to be told later that it can't be done. I've written to the FCC and they say Sprint responded and I should have received the response but when I speak with Sprint they can't locate the response.
Sprint is a company in chaos. I need to find a company that delivers quality service at a fair price and honors its word. Any suggestions please let me know.
