Yaboo Mail Complaint - Yahoo Mail - Horrid Customer Service

Review by Demand Customer Service on 2010-01-18
Despite years of promising improvement, Yahoo Mail, including their paid "premium" service, remains terrible. Along with cute marketing ploys, Yahoo mail is rife with periodic problems. Want help resolving problems? Forget it--there are no useful help numbers, IM interfaces or effective e mail loops. I have never received a single response to requests for service, complaints or feedbacks.

Unfortunately dumping them outright will inevitably cost me business contacts, so I am forced to gradually shift to other mail providers. My wish is that their management would likewise be held hostage by a paid service provider who could not be contacted and apparently does to care.

I didn't even know Yahoo Mail HAD customer service... what service do you even need? Goto mail.yahoo.com and enter your credentials... easy. I've used yahoo mail since its inception and have about a dozen accounts with them and have never had a problem

For business use you should buy a domain and then use a mail/web hosting company. Then, if you are not satisfied with the service you can change your hosting company without changing your email or web address.

Mine, too, Jkt! That's the email I give to stores and online sites. No one gets my real one unless they personally know me.
