Comcast Corporation Informative - Customer Service
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Alot of times as customers we don't realize that the people who answer the phones are the people that we should not have an attitude with because they are doing their job. Its the company in itself that makes the rules and the pricing. My daughter works for Comcast and comes home everyday complaining about how customers belittle her because she can't change their service price or send techs back to a customers home, not only that she gets punished because customers are mad at the company and she gets bad ratings on the surveys that we answer, so f. y.i if you do a survey it does not go against the company its goes against the representative that you were speaking with so just take notes unless the representative deserves it, but lets take in consideration how we would feel if things were beyond our control but we take the hit for it. She tries to talk to her sup and managers but no ones seems to help or listen The economy is bad so she tries to cope but just wanted to put it out there that we as consumers need to find the big man if we really want to see changes in this monopoly, because the poor people that care a little are being stressed more and that causes the reps to become immune to the calls and less concerned about fixing an issues they can resolve.
