I own a retail store and have been selling only USA products for nine years. I have a website with a sub-community of customers called Pet Lovers. They number 600 and have voluntarily signed our email journal when visiting my Newport, RI store to indicate they wish to receive animal-related emails.
Each time I send out a mass emailing, the only ISP that bounces every subscriber's email is Yahoo! I contacted them and got an autoresponder that told me my email would be answered within 24 hours. That turned out to be a huge joke.
This has been going on for months. Yahoo is interfering with the operation of my business and I'm therefore on the verge of filing a lawsuit against Yahoo and a complaint with the FCC. Yahoo has given me the appearance of promising something and then not delivering it.
I'm furious with the situation and want it resolved immediately. Can you help channel this to the right decision maker?
