Mary Kay Inc Informative - Why Consultants don't make money
It is unfortunate that there are so many out there bagging Mary Kay because they became a Consultant and didn't make any money. Why didn't they make any money? That's my question. If you get up and go out and do the bit of work necessary, you are able to receive a very nice income. I used to work 40 hours a week to earn $700, now I work around 8 - 10 hours per week to earn the same amount and more.
How can this possibly be when it would seem so many are not making money. I go out and consistently work each week for just those few hours. If you don't do the work then you are not going to make the money. Same as any job. If you don't turn up and do the work you can hardly expect to get paid.
Don't blame the Company or other consultants who ARE giving the correct information and are out there working and making a really nice income for much less hours of work. If a consultant doesn't make money the only person to blame for that is the consultant herself but they won't do that because it is so much easier to lay blame somewhere else to make themselves feel better.
So when you see comments about consultants who didn't make any money, it cost them money blah blah blah.....ask these questions....did you become a Consultant to make money or save money? If it was to make money, were you actually working consistently? If was to save money on products, well that goes without saying....you do save money regardless of how big or small your order is.
