Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint - Overcharges for time not rented
I rented from Enterprise in November for three days. I returned the car three days after as was stated in their contract. When I received my credit card bill in the mail, I was flabbergasted when I was charged for two extra days. When I disputed the charge with them they never called me back. When I disputed the charge with the credit card company they said Enterprise said I rented the car two days longer than I did and charged me for it. I am still trying to get the rental agent to call me back.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this rip off company.
