Expedia.com Complaint - Expedia nightmare - Bad service and advertisement
I paid for a 1 night stay at a Hilton hotel in Reno, Nevada for a weekend in August 06, 2010. I made the reservation and paid in full in January 16, 2010. At the same time I went to Hilton.com website to see the picture of the room and if the price I got is cheaper. I noticed the price was actually $16.00 cheaper. I called Expedia and they refused to drop the price, and or refund the money back since I told them if I book it through them myself its actually cheaper. Bad customer service and after a long hold to talk to the Supervisor we did not get what is fair to get our price reduced.
Please do not go through Expedia because they don't guarantee what they said on their advertisement. I can guarantee I am not going back to using Expedia just to get rip off!!!
