Worse insurance company ever- am switching as fast as I possibly can! Local claims office and agents are rude, obnoxious, and treat their own customers like adversaries (even though WE pay their premiums!)Do yourself a favor and *stay away* from this company!

As with all insurance companies, there are satisfied and dissatisfied customers. I have had Progressive for several years, and have nothing by praise for them, including when I had claims.

The shops Progressive hires for repairs are the worst!!!!

ive been with progressive ten yrs, and just receive a 1200$ annual increase. there excuse was idk why the spike. thats a corporate thing.
