Turner Toyota Buyers Beware Complaint - Worst Car Buying Experience

Review by Tundra3 on 2010-01-20
MONTROSE, COLORADO -- [snip] was the sales person we dealt with and not only was he rude, and unprofessional, but he also insulted the amount of money I had, and screamed at my fiance when the truck we custom ordered was not the right color. He also texted me that I was not a real man when I wanted my money back because he refused to fix his mistake. And yes, I said texted because he could not even call to tell me this.

This has been by far the worst car buying experience I have EVER had and I would not send my worst enemy to Turner, unless they want to be treated horribly and with no respect.

Ya know, the truck my company gave me for snow removal is a Tundra. I end up driving it home most of the time. I get teased by a lot of friends/family for "not having a real truck", driving a "girls truck" etc. So the "Not a real man" thing made me laugh. A lot of people like the truck too. I'd rather have something else personally, but this one is free so no complaints. It's fine for light duty stuff. Drives nice, plenty of power. Not a real good plow truck and terrible gas mileage.
