Amazon.com Complaint - Beware when ordering!!!
I accidentally ordered an mp3 player from Amazon. I attempted to cancel the order approx 10 seconds later. I received a message saying that I couldn't cancel the order and needed to contact the seller. I thought Amazon was the "seller"? Then when I tried to use the "contact seller" button I received an error message saying "were sorry an error occurred when trying to process your request." I was unable to contact the seller because of Amazons website error. The order was billed to my bank account almost immediately and shipped out.
Even though I tried to explain over and over again what had happened to the Amazon customer rep, I was told I would have to deal with the seller, Tiger Direct. Outrageous!!! Beware when ordering from Amazon.com!!
