Lenovo Complaint - Worst customer service ever - laptop computer

I ordered a laptop which arrived in a damaged condition. The computer was actually warped and the keyboard was raised. Customer service for this company put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. They have absolutedly refused to accept the return of this product or to provide me with any satisfaction. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
