Toyota Motor Corporation Complaint - Toyota Recall Devoid Of Pertinent Access To The Company
Though elated by the Toyota recall, I feel a sense of dismay based on the attitude of the Toyota dealers. The only information they seem willing to give is, a number they claim Toyota instructed them to give to its customers. The major problem with that is, the number never gets answered. To my way of thinking, the recall is useless if its impossible to contact the company, who inspite of their own recall, leaves the customer at the mercy of the dealerships. It is my opinion also, that the dealerships should offer more than just ''call Toyota'' who never answers.
Peoples lives could be at stake, and more support should indeed be given, to their customers. If they don't really care, they should at least pretend. Thanks!
