RCN Complaint - RCN is the WORST - digital cable
Ever since the new RCN "crush" I am paying more and getting less. Every single day one of my TV's gets "no signal". If it is a rare day where I do get channels they are constantly breaking up. I was told for a mere $4 and change I could get the channels I got prior to RCN "crush". I find this amusing as those channels part of basic cable before, and I now am paying $3/month for boxes for my TV's. Everytime I call customer service I can expect to be on the phone for 30+ minutes, only to have the problem arise again the next day (if not sooner). I am seeking other means of TV entertainment. What happened to the phrase you get what you pay for? Before I was paying less and getting more...doesn't make sense.
